Holiday Extended Return
When you purchase from the kiimento (formerly Kidamento) online store between October 15 and December 24, 2025, your return period is automatically extended. The 30-day standard return period and the 100-day happiness guarantee will begin on December 25, 2025, regardless of your purchase date within that range. This gives you peace of mind for early holiday shopping — your return window won’t expire before the holidays.
100-Day Happiness Guarantee
At kiimento (formerly Kidamento), we’re confident you’ll love your camera. That’s why we offer a 100-day happiness guarantee on eligible camera bundles purchased through our online store.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 100 days of purchase for a full refund. We provide free return shipping for customers in mainland USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

kiimento (formerly Kidamento) monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Standard 30-day Return
For products not covered by the 100-day happiness guarantee:
- Return period: You may return or exchange undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Free Returns: Available for cameras, camera bags, and books within mainland USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible regions.
- Accessories: Returns for USB cables, microSD cards, refill paper sets, and similar items are accepted, but you must cover the return shipping cost.
- Condition requirement: Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Products damaged due to negligent packaging during return may receive a partial or no refund.
- Shipping costs: Premium/express shipping fees are non-refundable. If you opt for a refund, the cost of premium/express shipping will be deducted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Worry-Free, Extended Warranty or Shipping fees. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
