Returns are free for most orders from mainland US and Canada. However, accessories like lanyards, microSD cards, and refill paper sets are not eligible for free returns.
For returns from other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Kidamento’s warehouses in the USA or Canada, including any potential import charges, taxes, or duties.
