Returns are free for most orders from mainland USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible regions.
Accessories such as lanyards, microSD cards, and refill paper sets are not eligible for free returns.
For returns from other countries, customers are responsible for shipping costs to kiimento’s (formerly Kidamento) warehouses in the USA or Canada, including any applicable import charges, taxes, or duties.
