Warranty
Kidamento provides a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues that result in product malfunction under normal use.
- Extended Warranty: Customers purchasing directly from Kidamento.com can extend coverage to two years by adding Extended Warranty at cart or checkout.
- Repair or Replacement: If a product is found defective, we will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality. If repair or replacement is not possible, we may provide an equivalent substitute.
- Shipping Costs: Warranty service does not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper installation, accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Natural disasters, power surges, or extreme environmental conditions
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
- Second-hand or resold products not compliant with Canadian export regulations
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.
