You may cancel your order on the order confirmation page within 1 hour of placing it if a mistake was made. After that, the order is automatically submitted to the warehouse for fulfillment.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact support@kidamento.ca as soon as possible to request a product exchange. While we usually respond within 1 business day, there may be times when the order ships before we can reply.

Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes. To exchange after shipping, you will need to return the original order and place a new one. Our return and refund policies will apply.
