Within 1 hour of placing your order, the easiest way to update information is to cancel the order and place a new one. Click the "Cancel" button on the order confirmation page or at the end of your confirmation email.
After 1 hour, contact support@kidamento.ca. If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse when we receive your request, we may be able to make edits. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
If the order has shipped and you have received a tracking number, please contact the carrier directly. Some couriers may accommodate address changes. Kidamento cannot make changes after shipping.
