You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by clicking on the "cancel" button on the order confirmation page or at the end of your email. Once the 1-hour window has passed, the order is considered confirmed, and we are unable to change the shipping information or contact details.

If the order has been shipped and you have received the tracking number, you may contact the third-party carrier directly to inquire if they can accommodate your request. Please note that Kidamento cannot provide this service.
