At kiimento (formerly Kidamento), we’re confident you’ll love your camera. That’s why we offer a 100-day happiness guarantee on eligible camera bundles purchased through our online store.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 100 days of purchase for a full refund.
Eligible Bundle Products:
- Camera + Book bundles
- Camera + Silicone Bag bundles
- Camera + Silicone Bag + Book bundles
At kiimento Free Return Shipping: Available for customers in mainland USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union ( Free Shipping Zone), and Australia.
Standard Return
For all other items not covered by the 100-day guarantee (e.g., individual cameras or bags):
- Return Period: Items must be undamaged, unaltered, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Eligible for Free Returns: Cameras, Camera Bags, and Books within our primary shipping regions (USA, Canada, UK, EU Free Shipping Zone, Australia). We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Paid Returns (Accessories): For items like USB cables, microSD cards, refill paper sets, and print packs, returns are accepted, but the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original premium/express shipping fees and "Worry-Free Delivery Protection" are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.
kiimento (formerly Kidamento) monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Initiating a Return

- Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your request.

Damages & Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges: The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current purchase for a refund and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved Refunds: Processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
- If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@kiimento.com.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
kiimento provides a one-year limited warranty for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.
- Resolution: We will repair or replace defective products with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality. If a replacement is unavailable, an equivalent substitute will be provided.
- Shipping: Warranty service does not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements.
- Exclusions:This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper installation, accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Natural disasters, power surges, or extreme environmental conditions
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
- Second-hand or resold products not compliant with Canadian export regulations

kiimento (formerly Kidamento) and its suppliers are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or third-party claims related to product use. kiimento's liability is limited to hardware replacement only. We are not liable for lost profits, lost savings, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Certain provinces/states may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
