International Shipping
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout once you input your shipping address. To get an estimate of the shipping fees for your order, simulate an order by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping information. You do not have to enter payment information; the shipping fee will appear before you reach the payment step.
We partner with reputable couriers such as UPS and DHL to provide worldwide shipping. These couriers offer various shipping classes with different delivery times to suit your needs. All courier shipping options come with tracking, and you will receive email notifications with tracking information once it becomes available.
Additionally, we collaborate with Canada Post to offer standard Small Packet shipping to eligible countries. If your delivery address is eligible, you will see "Tracked Packet - International" during checkout. While this standard shipping service may take slightly longer, it provides a more economical alternative to courier shipping.
Local Customs Fees, Duties, or Taxes
International shipments may indeed incur customs clearance costs, taxes, and duties upon import.
These charges are determined by the government of your country and can vary significantly from one location to another.
