Holiday Return Window and Warranty Extension:
If you make a purchase between October 4, 2024, and December 24, 2024, your return period will be extended until January 24, 2025. Additionally, if you purchase an eligible bundle with our 100-day happiness guarantee, your return period will be extended until April 4, 2025. The standard 1-year product warranty will start on December 25, 2024, and will be valid for one year from that date.
We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Once your package arrives, we encourage you to open it and check that the items meet your requirements. Please try your items as soon as possible, without damaging the box or packaging if possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Kidamento covers return shipping costs and provides you with a pre-paid return label if you are in the mainland USA and Canada.
Free return only applies to Kidamento's cameras, camera bags, and books. This does not include accessories such as USB cables, microSD cards, refill paper sets, etc. If you want to return accessory products, we will provide our return address and you are responsible for the return shipping.
Please note, we only accept full returns on undamaged product that has their original packaging and all accessories. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
Premium/Express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, premium/express shipping will be deducted from your refund.
