You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by clicking on the "cancel" button on the order confirmation page or at the end of your order confirmation email. If you would like to modify your order, the process is the same as canceling the order. You will need to go back to the cart and check out again.
For order modification or cancellation requests, please contact the Kidamento Support team via email at support@kidamento.ca. Please note that once the item is shipped, we cannot modify or cancel your order. If you change your mind, you may initiate a return and refund process according to our refund policy once you receive the parcel.
