As soon as your order is placed, you should see a confirmation page confirming your order number. Make sure you take note of that order number for reference. 

You will also be notified by email as soon as your order is placed. If you don't receive the order confirmation email within an hour, check your spam box. If it's not in there either, there might be a typo in your email address when you place the order. Please reach out to ASAP and our team can help you correct that in our system. 

Make sure that your cart contains the right items and that your shipping information is correct before finalizing the order, as orders cannot be modified once they are placed. Make sure that the confirmation email received afterwards reflects the same information.
